Doin’ things!
Today was a day of doing things!
- Bunch of forms, calling, etc for my upcoming Germany trip. (Registered with gov’t, called card company, got hostel membership, looked up hostel reviews, talked to cousin to figure out first train ride from the airport, started a comprehensive list of important contacts.
- Put together a new indoor home for my pea and bean plants, out of an old wooden crate and metal trestle-trellis-tiers. The metal things (which look like long, small ladders) I save on a whim from a dumpster expedition almost a year ago; knew I would finally have a use for them.
- Moved around my living room to make room for the new pea-plant-home.
Unfortunately I have been hit with the urge to stay tonight, so I’m missing this event: Enpipe Book Launch and Night of Resistance Poetry.
